Problem with Wii rechargeable batteries/Powerwave docking station?
Recently when I have tried to charge my Wii remote the small light our on Powerwave docking station, stays on for a few minutes, flashes really fast and the remote doesn’t work at all. This only happened after I didn’t use that remote for a few weeks.
Then today I got new rechargeable batteries and the same thing happened. I’m not sure if its the because the small metal things on the back of the case are rusted, or there are any problems with the docking station.
Help would be appreciated.
You might want to clean the contacts with rubbing alcohol. It also might be that you’re not getting the remote into the charger at the right angle. That’s what always happens with mine – I have to re-seat it a couple times to make sure it’s in exactly the right place on the charger.
