SanDisk Sansa Express Trouble – Please Help?
I bought a 2GB SanDisk Sansa Express today. I’ve connected it to my computer, and it’s screen shows charging and the Sansa logo dog moving across. I added about 540MB of music to it, but when I try to add more, it says, “The file ABC-XYZ could not be copied. It may not exist or is being used by another program.”
I am also not able to see the remove device button anywhere. I managed to open the ‘Safely Remove Hardware’ dialog box, but no devices are displayed in it even though my Sansa Express is connected and charging. When I open the Sansa Express drive through My Computer, I am able to see all the songs I copied into it until now. How do I add more songs without seeing that error message? And how do I remove my device from the computer? I have bought my device only today, and I am already facing a lot of problems. Somebody please help me.
You can just disconnect the Sansa if it isn’t showing as a connected device. it wont harm it if it is not in usb mode.restart your computer and try adding music again.
