The Flip Video camera, which is made specifically for video, is awesome and has great video quality, a long battery life and comes with its own software for fast editing. The DROID, by comparison, is a phone, PDA, internet browser, etc… but it also has a camera and can shoot video that uploads directly to places like YouTube. So they are very different animals but equally fun to use. The Flip Video HD will hold something like 1.5 – 2 hours of HD quality video (seriously, it does) and the battery lasts all day. It’s awesome.
