I need help with my mp3 player!?
I have a Sansa Express 1GB player that’s two weeks old, and it is malfunctioning. I think the battery is okay, but when I turn it on, the “SanDisk” logo shows up, then quickly goes off. When I plug it into the computer it either says “connecting” then freezes up, or It will show a scrambled square in the center. This thing was a gift, and it doesn’t have a warranty. If I have to take it back to where I got it from, what do I say? I have everything (cover, instruction guide, receipt, EVERYTHING) that came with it, but the actual plastic case. I need help, will someone help me please?
hey i was in here looking for the same answer.. i just found it.. do a reset on the device by pressing and holding the select button (not menu) while pressing the volume up (+) buttons simultaneously once.. i just did it and it worked and the songs didnt get deleted.. gdluck
