sandisk extreme iii sdhc 8gb
need camera help please answer i need to know by tomorrow?
i want to get the Power Shot SX200 IS camera and i want to know if the Sandisk 8GB EXTREME III SDHC SD Card Class 6 – 20MB/s would be a good memory card. I want to use my camera to take pictures and videos of my girlfriend soon is this a good camera and memory card?
Probably more than you need. Most P&S cameras do not support more than Class 4 speed wise. Most of the new DSLR’s do support Class 6 as do a few DSLR’s that use CF cards support the super fast UDMA cards. While Class 6 SDHC cards will work on any camera that can use SDHC cards, the camera my not be able to use the speed you paid a premium price for.
You will need to call Canon and ask if the SX200 IS supports a class 6 card. 800.OK-CANON
