Does formatting or reformatting an sdhc card improve photo quality?
I have a Sandisk sdhc card, 4gb.
My camera is samsungL200
10.2 megapixels
1 month old
-some files are corrupt and will not load.
I’ve had this problem ever since I first used the camera, before ever transferring images to my computer.
Reformatting a memory card doesn’t improve image quality.
However, it is recommended that you reformat the memory card using the camera’s formatting function after you download images to your computer. This will delete all the images on the memory card and clean the file allocation table which can get messed up and cause problems like you are seeing.
