How do i become a life long runner ?
I run often , just made a decision that i will run 5 times a week for next 3-5 months. But I wanna become a life long runner . how do i do that ?
i wanna be healthy , so i can beat my depression and live happily forever, forgetting my past . i don’t want NO SHORT CUTS. but i do need some good advice

Good for you! In order to be a lifelong runner, you need to have a love for it. So if you don’t, or if you dread running, you’ll need to find a new release or form of fitness.
running is addicting, so once you start it’s hard to stop. You have that going for you. Make sure you are healthy about it though, because you can really damage your knees. Make sure you get good shoes and get new ones when necessary, and learn about proper form. I would also encourage you to enter some races, like 5 ks, and then work your way up to larger ones. It really is addicting. Subscribe to a magazine like Runner’s World too, to get tips and motivation. You might even want to join a running club or get one togehter to train and run with other people who share your passion.
