What is the minimum ampage leisure battery charger I should use to charge a leisure battery?
If this is a 56 Ampere Hour Battery, being used in say a camper or camper van (fairly std car battery) anything under a 4 to 5 amp trickle charger will take a long time to fully charge it, as rate of charge drops off as battery resistance increases, with charge, If you’r looking for overnight recovery you may wish to concider a say 10 or 12 amp charger.
