DELL LATITUDE LAPTOP NOTEBOOK BATTERY PROBLEM?
for some reason, my computer’s batteries are messed up, i just got new ones so i dont understand, but they wont charge. when it is unplugged, its 5% battery, and its 5% battery when its plugged in. i tried shutting it down and letting it rest and hopefully charge, but it didnt even charge when it was off.
what is the problem? do i need new batteries because i dont want the last batteries just to be a waste of money. please help me!
It sounds like the batteries you just bought were defected. If there is anyway you can take them back and get your money back I would, and then buy other ones somewhere else.
