Some people say run your lap top battery dry then recharge is this ok?
I keep mine plugged in 24/7
Only run down NiMH occasionally to clear the “memory” that eventually builds up and causes that type of battery to not reach a full charge.
Li-Ion can and will be damaged and/or reach the end of their useful life earlier by repeated full discharges.
