Ingredients in Focus
For those who don’t know yet, Hoodia Gordonii is the most popular ingredient on the diet market right now. This plant extract suppresses the appetite with unparalleled power and effectiveness and no negative side-effects.
Guarana, Yerba Mate, and Green Tea all offer stimulation through natural caffeine and quasi-caffeine delivery. For those sensitive to the effects of extra caffeine, Ultra Trim might be unsuitable, as negative side effects can include nausea, insomnia, nervousness, elevated heart rate and increased blood pressure.
Lemon Balm is a perennial herb in the mint family. As a stress reliever and mild sedative, Lemon Balm has made a showing in the more contemporary aromatherapy phenomenon. It is most likely the reason Ultra Trim is said to reduce anxiety. But when combined with three sources of caffeine, it’s hard to see how Lemon Balm is going to help calm things down.
Pregnant or nursing women should not take this supplement. Those taking medication already should consult a physician.
