Computer Sound card question?
My computer is complete…I think…. with the exception of a sound card. I have a few questions.
Do I need a great sound card? I was thinking about plugging this computer into my 60″ pioneer . Which I do have surround sound hooked up to. The sound doesn’t have to be perfect, I just want a sound card that is adequate. Any suggestions on a sound card?
Here is my computer..Please let me know if I am missing anything bc this is the first computer I have built.

i agree with ask.
an X-Fi or an Audigy card will do you real well. just make sure to set it for 96kHz sampling rate and 24 bit depth. if you remember these two settings it will make your sound quality double what it was before
