MallBox Announces the World’s First Canon LP-E6 100% Compatible Battery for EOS 5D Mark II
As we know the Canon’s EOS 5D Mark II cameras can not works with Old BP-511 Or BP-514 series battery pack. It comes with the new Canon LP-E6 Battery. Generally, this Canon LP-E6 is available at B&H right now for $89.95. They also have another type with charger (car adapter included) from CTA Digital for $49.95.
Regarding the CTA battery, it comes with charger kit together. The included AC-DC charger is necessary to charge the battery. CTA LP-E6 can not be charged in the Canon charger included with the camera. The included charger is compatible with standard AC power outlets as well as DC car “cigarette lighter” outlets. The battery does not support the usage tracking technology supported by the 5D Mark II.
