What it takes to make cell phone as wireless modem to connect notebook to access internet, and what about the speed?
You will need a connection between phone and notebook (cable, bluetooth, infra red, etc) and you will need the modem driver for your phone and once that is installed you use your mobile just like any other dial up connection to the internet
