camera flash batteries
my photosmart m417 camera will not take still pictures. it only says charging flash. i have changed batteries?
Try resetting the camera. Take out the batteries and/or unplug AC adapter, remove memory card. Let the camera set for awhile until it has lost all memory & settings then reinstall the batteries or connect to AC adapter. Do not install the memory card. Turn on camera. Does the camera work now? The memory card may have become corrupted. If this does not work read the manual’s troubleshooting section for more options.
