How long do you charge a 7.2V NiCd battery used in a R/C tank?
I have r/c tank that uses a 7.2 V battery. There was no mention in the manual of how long to charge the battery. It comes with a regular A/C wall charger.
The charging time depends on:
1. how discharged it is. (dead or only low)
2. how fast the charger works. (Fast or slow charge)
3. How much capacity (usually listed on battery in milliamps/hour) the battery has.
Note that the charger that came with it will NOT overcharge the battery even if you leave it connected overnight!
