my internet wont work on my laptop blue light is on but still wont work?
i have a laptop and it is stuck in safe mode but it still let me get on the internet but now it will not work at all? the blue light is on the side of the laptop but the monitor thing at the bottom right corner has a”X” on it and when i click on it it says connect to a network and once i click on it it says no networks are available? and it was just working? please help!
You need to install a new operating system using a set of recovery CD’s made for your lap top by model and serial number. This will correct all the problems.
Go to control panel, system, hardware, devise manager and make sure the wireless is enabled and update the driver.
