What is that box that George Harrison wears on the Sgt Peppers cover?
I’m putting together a more feminine version of George’s Sgt Pepper’s Lonely Heart’s Club Band costume for a Rock Band Beatles event. I was looking at the pictures and I noticed that he wears a peculiar little red, white, and yellow box on his chest where his golden cords attach. Does anyone know what that box is?
Looks like just an ornamentation that is used to cover up where the cords end. They’re probably so thick that they needed something to keep them all intact and dressing up a little box to encase them was the practical thing to do… sounds good to me…
