Beatles box set.?
I’m absolutely enthralled by The Beatles. I love how creative they are. When you are listening to their music it’s kinda like a puzzle listening for a deeper meaning in the song. Well, for Christmas I really was looking for a Beatles box set. With every album they have ever made. Like the track on the original album with the original album art. All 12-13. I have looked and have seen some that are like 4 disc set with all the tracks, but I was looking for the original album art and tracks. I’m thinking I might have to buy the albums individually. If you guys know of anything, it would be appreciated.
I don’t know what is currently available as a box set, but I’m sure that amazon.com can help. One thing to remember is that they released different versions in the U.S. and in the U.K. (“Meet the Beatles” rather than “With the Beatles” for example or “Something New”). For the most part, only the U.K. versions are for sale these days. If you are from the U.S. and want those early versions, you might look for “The Beatles: The Capitol Albums, Vol. 1 & 2″. You can also get U.S. versions and singles on the “Past Masters” series.
