Beatles question: What is the album, track, and lyrics that played backwards says “Paul is dead”?
Also is there a posting on the web of the album cover (I think it was “Yesterday and Today” or possibly “Revolver”) with the dismembered dolls?
It’s Revolution 9, when they are saying number 9 collage students decided to play it backwards and noticed that it said Paul is dead backwards.
the whole story of paul dieing on November 9th 1966, in a car crash with lovely rita is peiced together from:
-A Day in the life: “He didn’t noticed that the lights had changed.”
-He then crashed into a lamp post “Revolution 9 car crash sounds. and a Day in the Life”
-He was pronounced dead on Wednesday a 5:00 as the day begins “She’s leaving home”
-No one found out because the news was withheld (Wednesday morning the papers didn’t come) “Lady Madonna”
-The funeral was a day later and everyone’s part was played by what was shown on the Abbey Road album cover.
-Some thought that at the end of Strawberry fields John said, I burried Paul
-another clue is John says that the walrus was paul in the song Glass onion and adding “heres another clue to you all”
