Where should I take my Dell XPS laptop in to get the battery checked out for cheap?
My battry will not stay charged if it is not plugged in and this started a few months after I got it last year. Also is Best Buy a good place to take my computer to if I want to have them scan it and get rid of any minor problems.
Your best bet would be to take it to a local, smaller computer repair shop.
Best Buy overcharges for service, and their in-store techs are rarely certified.
A smaller shop will test your battery for free, and are more likely to help you over the phone if you have any issues.
