Battery Tecra
This may sound silly, but how do i charge the battery for a toshiba tecra 8000?
My nephew received a refurbished one without any instructions on how to use it. {He’s a first time computer owner and I’ve never owned a laptop}
Also what kind of wireless adapter does this computer take?
You charge the battery by plugging the cable you received with the laptop into your laptop. The plug goes into an outlet nearby, and the other end goes into the back of the laptop.
And if it’s a laptop, the wireless adapter is BUILT IN through what is called a Wireless Network Connection. To use the Internet by using the signal on a nearby network, just double click the Wireless Network Connection icon on your taskbar (the right side of your START bar). This icon looks like a computer. If there is an x on the icon, it means that you aren’t using your wireless network connection.
