Battery Original
Why won’t my original battery charge?
I have a Dell Inspiron 1501 with the original battery and charger. Whenever I start up my computer it says that the ac adapter cannot be identified. I don’t know if this is why the battery won’t charge or if I need to just buy a new one.
My girlfriend has the same computer and I am really good with computers and I did everything I knew and I couldn’t fix it. But the last thing was to try another AC Adapter and I did that and it started charging it. So see if anyone you know has a dell and try there AC adapter and see if it works and if not then you have a problem with your motherboard.
