Is it possible to do this?
I have an Emachines computer and my power cord frayed. I need to use it but the battery is completly drained down, Is there any way to recharge it or shypon from anothe device (computer, phone ect.) with out buying another power cord?
I have a new cord ordered but it is coming from Hong Kong and is taking a really long time to get here and I need my computer
No, there is no syphoning method available. The circuitry in your computer is all wired so power can only go out, not it.

Unless you order a new power pack, your only option would be to try and repair the cable. If you strip off enough of the main casing, you should be able to get the wires out. Then just splice the wires back together.
Just make sure nothing is crossed or touching, and tape the ends up good with electrical tape. And it’s still a good idea to order a new pack…that’s just a temp. fix, and not very safe.
