March 8, 2010, Beijing – HP’s Enterprise Services Division, and Apriso Corporation today announced that General Motors, Hewlett-Packard choose to deploy Apriso solutions to improve the battery production and supply chain process visibility and control.
The advanced technology will help to improve the new General Motors Chevrolet Volt battery assembly factory’s production and product quality control.
As part of its next-generation an important part of the IBM THINKPAD T60 SERIES battery process, General Motors selected HP to deploy Apriso Corporation is responsible for manufacturing and quality control solutions designed to continue to improve product design innovation and flexibility, and to increase market responsiveness.
