batteries parallel circuit
Question about a parallel battery circuit?
I know that in order to find total power of a series circuit P=VI and Voltage per resistor is P=I^2R1, P=I^2R2. In a parallel circuit is this the same deal and is V for P=VI really the voltage given for the circuit itself or the total voltage used for all resistors (ie in a 10V circuit but there are 2 resistors so 10V+10V=20)? Thanks!
For you to have a power you should know how the batteries should be tied up in parallel, because there are two ways:
One “+” to the others “-” and tide the resistors (or consumers) with the “-” and “+” remained
or
One “” with the other “-” and the “+” with corresponding “+” and have the “-” and “+” all together (minuses all together and pluses separately tide together) like you’ll have one battery.
On the 1st place you’ll get the voltage doubled and same Amperage as one can get, and make the calculus with that and
on 2nd place you just have the Intensity (Amperage) doubled with the same voltage (of any of the batteries – if they have the same).
