Then can rebuild the battery pack, but you might find that it’s just better to replace it…call them (phone number is below) and ask them.
If you have technically savvy, you can do it your self – just take the battery pack apart and look at how it is soldered together and replace it. You’d need compatible batteries, some solder and a high temp iron and some heat shrink tubing… then you’ll have to properly dispose of the toxic batteries…
