What should I do with my old, used batteries?
I’ve been having an ongoing debate about how to properly dispose of batteries. Anyone know? I live in California if that makes a difference…
Recycle your batteries. I live in Michigan and our city has old mailboxes painted green. They are located at the library, city hall and at our paper, can and glass recycling facility. If your city doesn’t have all this, ask a council person. I bet there is someone on the city council who is “green”. Everyone around here uses the recycling facilities. Sometimes they get used so much the containers get fill to the top.
