has anyone returned an iPod to replace the battery from an Apple store?
i have an 30GB iPod that i got from my friend. but it’s all scratched up and stuff. plus he has a custom engraving on the back which i don’t want. if i give it to Apple and ask for a replacement battery would i get a refurbished one that looks almost brand new? (like would there be no scratches and stuff?) i know i could get rid of the engraving on the back i just wasnt sure whether or not the scratches and stuff would still be there.
