Laptop Charger Help..?
I have 2 laptops that are broken..
Laptop 1 : Its an Acer Aspire 3050 series, Model Number – ZR3. I was working on the laptop and smelled burning, so i looked at the charger and it was smoking so i unplugged the charger and it was burning hot! Since then it has switched on once but the same thing happened so i shut it down, now it wont switch on but still smokes and you can see a little spark when you plug in the charger..
Ok.. Laptop 2 : This is a Medion MIM2230 Notebook. This one is simpler. I plugged in the charger and the light never came on. i unplugged and plugged it back in again and it worked. now, the light doesn’t come on and it doesn’t work without the battery too. Now because its ran out of battery i cant switch it on 
I checked the charger and its not the problem.. Any advice is extremely welcomed.

For Laptop 1:
Do not use the laptop charger anymore! It is not supposed to be this hot or smoke/spark at all. Personally I think it is the charger’s problem, but it could also be that the motherboard is defective and drawing too much power. I would get a new charger to see if it fixes the problem, if not, return the new charger and take it to a professional. For laptop 2:
The problem is definitely the charger for this one. The wiring inside the charger is broken or defective. You will just have to buy a new one online somewhere. Be careful when you handle your charger – try not to bend it or pull it to prevent this type of problem in the future. I couldn’t find the exact model on the website above, I don’t know if this will work. You can also look on ebay or other sites to find the charger you need.
