4gb secure digital card
Format SD card to Fat32 format?
I am unsure how to format my new 4GB Secure Digital (SD) Flash Card (Model TS4GSD133). I have Windows Vista OS and the text prompt repeatedly pops up with an error message proclaiming that it is unable to be formatted.
I have already tried using two different formatting programs (SD Formatter V2.0 and Partition Manager (Personal) 7.0), but both have failed. With the partition manager, I get an error that states that I have an unknown windows version followed by another pop up error stating that there is a DPMI error.
Any helpful suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

Even after these two answers, it is still not responding how it should. I have a feeling that I either have a bad card or my Vista is not compatible with yet another thing. If anyone has any comments or idea on how I can resolve this, please comment.

there is a lock switch on SD cards, make sure it’s unlocked
