THEN, the same thing was happening with the pre-owned phones that had happened with the brand new phones. Yeah, took a genius to figure out THAT might happen. NOT. I called Verizon once more. They offered me first a brand new flip phone. You heard me. …. I love and hate cell phones !! Use to have Sprint…..it was fine. Daughter said change to AT&T b/c it was better. I can’t talk on my cell (which is suppose to be better) in my house….I could with my old one. …
