Exciting speculation, hope it pans out. Those late ’80s relases are SO outdated and don’t sound very good. It’s time for an update and I would rather it happen now with Ringo and especially Paul still alive and active to monitor it.
By the way, I’m excited by the idea of remixed/remastered *CDs*. You know, the physical products you can hold. lol
I know many see it as a big deal, but I don’t care if the Beatles wind up on iTunes.
The main reason I don’t want the Beatles on iTunes is because, and I know I sound immature, I hate it when I’ve loved a band almost my entire life and nobody in my school ever pays attention to them and then they hear them on the radio or even on iTunes and all of a sudden they’re their favorite band in the world.
Remastered CDs would be good, though. I’d buy ‘em in a heartbeat.
